Cristy Beckman is an experienced Senior Lifestyle Counselor. She has been working in hospitality since graduating from the University of Johnson & Wales with a B.S. in Hospitality Sales and Meeting Management. She started her professional career as an Account manager at Marriott International, where her passion for service and hospitality moved her up through the ranks eventually to Northeast Regional Sales Specialist, a position tailor made around her talents and expertise!

Cristy’s entrepreneurial spirit and experience also included a career in Public Affairs before eventually owning and operating her own boutique. In 2019, Cristy’s long and dynamic journey in hospitality and customer relations led her to a position in senior living. Having spent years helping folks find the perfect accommodations among a portfolio of hotels, hospitality in the senior living space was no different. Now, she is enjoys visiting with seniors and their families to understand their needs and loves compassionately guiding them through this discovery process to find the best fit in senior living options, exclusive programs, and amenities. When not working, Cristy enjoys spending time with her daughter, Hannah and husband, Derek.

Director of Celebrations

Roxanne has worked for The Summit for over six years, adding a soft touch and a warm smile to the community. Roxanne has well over two decades of experience in healthcare. She leads with love, compassion, and empathy, and is most proud of the ways in which she has been able to “touch the lives of so many residents.” In her current role as Celebration Director at the Summit, she has a unique opportunity to bring to life a mission-statement that fully embodies the core values that she has cultivated in her stellar career in healthcare. She is a passionate care giver and believes this work is easier when you truly believe in it.

When she is not working, she enjoys family time, traveling, church and exercising. Most of all Roxanne strives to impact the lives of people, even if it’s just by a smile or a hug.

Micheal Mulhollan

Culinary Director

Micheal manages the daily operations of the dining department at The Summitt. Micheal focuses on delivering a superior dining experience to our residents. Behing the scenes, he also manages the financials of the dining department, cost controls, customer service, and provides leadership to the dining team to exceed resident expectations. On a monthly basis, Micheal holds a meeting with The Summit’s residents to obtain feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.  Outside of work, Micheal likes spending time at the beach and riding 4 wheelers in the mountains with his wife and 6 kids.
